The Areas Of Emphasis Document was composed and signed somewhere around 2018-11-17, in response to growing frustrations within the community regarding, "What are we about?", and some struggles over direction.

The original signatories were FlorianBecquereau, Fred, JackPollard, ReaClute, LionKimbro, PaulRodgers?, and RachelH?.

It read, in full:

 3) Personal transformation
 4) Healing divides between men and women
 5) Living in urban and rural settings
 6) Ecology
 7) Influences that include Tamera, ZEGG, and Damanhur
 8) Children
 9) Visionary society 
 10) Spirituality
 11) Conflict navigation
 12) Forum
 13) Context of Possibility Management  
 14) Deep connection
 15) It’s not about your race, sex, gender, etc., it’s about the culture you want to create
 16) Commitment to community living
 
 This is a sketch of rough consensus of where we stand, not a definitive
 contract.  There are important issues that we do not have agreement on
 that remain in open discussion.
